Yaru Gao

I’m a CFA Charterholder and seasoned financial professional with over 16 years of experience in corporate banking, credit structuring, and cross-border investment solutions. Before joining PCC, I held senior positions at China Construction Bank in Hong Kong, Zurich, and Tianjin, where I advised both corporate and high-net-worth clients across Asia and Europe on complex financing transactions and bespoke wealth strategies.

I combine strong analytical skills with a human-centered approach, always striving to understand the deeper needs of each client. My areas of expertise include wealth planning, fixed income investments, international structuring, and trade finance solutions. I’m fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and have a working knowledge of German, which allows me to offer unique cultural and market insights — particularly for clients with ties to Greater China and the broader APAC region.

In addition to my CFA designation, I hold an MBA and multiple trade finance certifications. Now based in Zurich, I’m passionate about bridging financial opportunities between East and West.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, skiing, cooking for friends, and having meaningful conversations. I’m also a proud mother of two and find great joy in lifelong learning and cross-cultural exchange.
