With 19 years experience in recruitment and talent management, I have experience of attracting and retaining talent into businesses of all sizes and across multiple sectors including Financial Advice. As Andy Oliver, our CEO says, it’s all about getting the “right people on the bus” and I guess I’m the first stop people will experience when speaking with PCC.

I speak to people daily who are looking for a Wealth Management company to work for which truly represents the clients we deal with. I’ve got experience of working with the biggest of financial institutions globally as well as helping to grow a Wealth Management business in the UK. Values and ethics of a business are often skin-deep, but I can tell you that PCC Wealth is true to its values. We offer great earning potential to our Wealth Managers, whilst providing them with the support and training they need to succeed. Not only that, our processes and systems are the best in the profession.

Away from work (a recruiter never sleeps!), I like spending time with my family, travelling and watching and playing various sports (especially football!) Based in the UK, I’m continually jealous when I see and hear how sunny and warm it is from colleagues and candidates – but this just drives my ambitions to help grow and develop such a fantastic company!
