I understand the importance of our role, from communication, which includes Wealth Managers, Trustees, Investment Managers, Providers as well as the most important element, our clients. To what is often seen by others outside the department as the mundane, processing documentation and ensuring our systems are updated.
My career has been varied, whilst Sales Support has always been a vital part of my working life in the last 30 years, I have also experienced Member Services as well as assisting with the IT implementation and improvement of a bespoke computerised system from my area of expertise. The skills I have acquired in various roles in my working life allow me to offer a proactive approach as well as understand the needs within the client’s journey and to assist Wealth Managers requirements as necessary. I always strive to be the best I can be.
My family is very important to me, my close friends are classed as family, I enjoy spending time with them whenever I can. I am very passionate about what I do, in all areas of my life. I am proud of my accomplishments, and I am very happy with where I am in my life’s journey, both personally and professionally. I believe life is for living and sharing with loved ones, but being happy in my working life is the cherry on the top for me.
