Maggie Panet

With over a decade of legal experience, I bring my knowledge to my dual roles as PCC Legal’s head lawyer and Private Client Consultancy’s Compliance Officer. I specialise in Spanish law and compliance, ensuring that every client and process meets the highest legal and regulatory standards.

I hold a law degree from Universidad de Belgrano in Argentina, a master’s in Tax Law, and have certifications in Ethics & Compliance Leadership, along with Foreign and Immigration Law. Admitted to the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Málaga in 2024, I remain committed to continuous learning to stay ahead of legal and compliance developments.

As PCC’s Compliance Officer, I focus on promoting transparency, ethical practices, and adherence to regulatory frameworks across all operations, helping the company maintain its reputation for trust and integrity.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of three with a passion for extreme sports, especially kite surfing with my partner and family. I am known for my upbeat personality and love of football, and I am always balancing my demanding career with my family needs.
