Paul Osterberg

I’m a Junior Lawyer and Compliance Support at PCC, working within the legal team to help ensure that our business operates with integrity and in line with both Spanish and international regulations. My day-to-day involves supporting legal research, reviewing documents, and helping maintain high compliance standards that protect our clients and the future of the company. It’s rewarding to know that the work I do plays a key role in keeping our foundation strong and secure.

My interest in law started early, inspired by my family—many of whom are lawyers. Watching how passionate they were about their work made a lasting impression on me, and even though I joke that no one forced me to study law, it was always something I was naturally drawn to.

Outside office hours, I love relaxing by the beach, going hiking in the mountains, playing football, and spending time with my friends and family. These moments help me stay balanced and give me the energy to continue growing both personally and professionally.
