I help ensure that every part of administration runs well as the Office Manager and Network Sales Support, whether it is new business cases, process inquiries, or just suggestions on how to approach jobs more effectively. Since I always try to help when and where I can, I would describe myself as a “”Go to”” person. I believe this is because I truly love my work and the industry, knowing that we play a vital role in people’s lives by helping them with their finances.

I worked in various capacities in the hospitality industry for nine years and I spent five years in contract administration, before joining PCC in 2021.

When I am not working, I like to read, watch a good mystery/crime drama, spend time with my family, or experiment in the kitchen.
