About Violeta Cerasela

I am a natural-born leader driven by a passion for wealth management, innovation, and transformation. At PCC Legal and Private Client Consultancy, I thrive in helping the team to succeed and achieve their highest performance.

Over the years, I have developed excellence for professionalism, collaboration, project management, finance, and system redefinitions.

I hold a MBA from Oxford Brookes University, certifications in Insurance from Foyer Group in Luxembourg, AML/CFT from House of Training in Luxembourg, and Real Estate Agent from Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. Also, I have a large experience in European institutions, SMEs and large companies.

All round problem-solver, dot connector, make it happener, always learning, and improving, success-driven, energetic, people-person with outstanding organisational & interpersonal skills profile. Outside of work, I enjoy walks in nature, staying active through sports, and networking. I am the organiser, the connector, and the steady hand that keeps everything moving. I have great ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and create order in the chaos which allows leadership to focus on driving the business forward, enabling decisions, facilitating relationships, and creating space for strategy.

I am the first point of contact for clients, partners, and colleagues, shaping how others experience our business. Every interaction I manage, every detail I coordinate, every schedule I protect builds efficiency and trust across the organisation.

My role is crucial. Without structure, there is no focus. Without focus, there is no progress. My organisation, judgement, and resilience directly influence not only the effectiveness of leadership but the performance of the entire business.

I am not just supporting leadership, I am the force that makes leadership possible.
